This is going to be a real short post because...well...this is so easy! First gather some mason jars and either buy a stainless steel screen to fit the top of the screw on lid or make them yourself. I made mine, only because I forgot to order them when buying my sprouting seeds. How many jars you will need depends on how many different kinds of sprouts you want. I started with three, red clover, broccoli and fenugreek.
Next, add the spouting seeds to the mason jar, I used three tablespoons per/jar. Put the lid on with the screen in place and rinse each one well with cold water several times. You do this by adding the water through the screen to about half way, swirl the water around and drain, using the screen so the seeds never leave the jar while they are growing. Do this several times per each jar.
Then add about one cup of water to each jar and let the seeds soak for about five hours or overnight-I soaked mine overnight.
